Every Pangkaroo Club order is made on demand — crafted specifically for you the moment you place it. That's how we keep quality high and waste low. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days of purchase. Custom and print-on-demand items may take slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your leap from our hands to yours.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and other carriers depending on your location and order size.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
